Supreme Court judge Justice Samuel Marful-Sau dies

Justice Marful-Sau, a Supreme Court Justice, has died,  He was 64 years old.

Justice Marful-Sau was appointed by President Akufo-Addo in 2018 and was a member of the seven-member Supreme Court panel that decided on former President John Dramani Mahama’s 2020 Election Petition.

Marful-Sau was admitted to practice as a Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor in Ghana in 1984, and he worked briefly as a prosecutor in the Special Public Prosecutor’s office from August 1984 to July 1986.

He was appointed to the High Court in 2002 and was elevated to the Court of Appeal four years later, where he served until his appointment to the Supreme Court in 2018.
