Lead counsel for the petitioner in the 2020 Election Petition case, Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata was asked to apologize to Madam Jean Mensa in court today after using strong words on her.

According to an earlier statement made by the indefatigable lawyer, the electoral Commission has lost all credibilities and her overall conduct before, during and after the election is questionable.

Laying bare his facts in the court, Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata described Jean Mensa as an individual who has allowed her integrity to sink to the barest minimum.

This was after Tsatsu Tsikata has said Jean Mensa dwells on trivialities and has made a mountain out of a molehill after the petitioner’s third witness Rojo Mettle-Nunoo had testified that he was served tea without biscuits.

The judge corrected Lawyer Tstatsu Tsikata, and Lawyer Amenuvor, counsel for the Electoral Commission, moved for the lawyer to render an apology.
