Veteran Ghanaian actor cum man of God Majid Michel has said that the title ‘pastor’ added to his name, was given to him by the media as he has not been ordained even though he is currently in a seminary school.

Speaking as a guest on the United Showbiz show hosted by Nana Ama Mcbrown on UTV, Majid stated that his main aim is to create young leaders who are generational thinkers.

Majid furthered that he traveled abroad to go and talk to some people and during the process he was lead by the holy Spirit to pray for some people and the media took it and circulated that he was a pastor.

” I went to a church to talk to people about discovering who they are. so I was praying for people and then people started falling and the famous picture was with Gabby of which I laid my hand on his head, and because people were falling, people grabbed their phones and started recording and the media got it and said Majid is a pastor. The media made me pastor.” He narrated.

Majid however added that anyone who wanted to call him a pastor is at liberty to do so. But he is on a mission to rediscover leadership and building young leaders who can take Ghana to the next level.
