A young man in Ghana called Alex Biney has dropped a video of a strange product he found in an Ideal Milk container.

In a post sighted on Alex’s personal Twitter handle, the gentleman mentioned that he intended to add his milk to tom brown only to find a tom brown-looking substance in the tin.

According to him, he initially perforated the sealed tin but the milk did not pour out as expected, which forced him to take off an entire surface of the container.

Interestingly, the Twitter handle, Nestlé Consumer Care, came out to apologize to Alex for the disappointment he got from buying the ideal milk and showed him what to do.

“Kindly share with us your contact details to enable the team to reach out to you for further details on the concern”, they further added.
