Ghana’s Rap Executioner who is well-known as Obrafour started so well in the music business, but for almost a decade now, the Rap Sofo is conspicuously missing in action.
Thus, after the release of Kasiebo album in 2009, the relevancy and impact of Obrafour in the game of Ghana rap remain questionable.
And it’s at the back of the Obrafour’s hiatus in the music industry that Ruthy of Kumasi-based Nhyira Fm has envisaged what might have been the root cause of Obrafour’s woes.
According to Ruthy in the studios of Nhyira Fm on the “Entertainment Power” show, Obrafour featured Sarkodie on a song titled “In This HipLife” somewhere 2010.
In the song especially when watching the music video, Obrafour gave his rap crown to Sarkodie and since then, the life of Obrafour in the game of rap has never been the same whiles Sarkodie keeps going higher.
To buttress her point, Ruthy cited how Amakye Dede was ‘forced’ by Kuami Eugene to be given the highlife crown in 2019 which has catapulted the fame of Kuami Eugene whiles Amakye Dede keep sinking.
Watch the music below to see how Obrafour reportedly exchanged his destiny with Sarkodie in 2010:
