Kenyan socialite, Huddah Monroe has said it’s only in Africa that the so-called celebs prioritize fame over wealth creation with their status.
Monroe opined that celebs and prominent people from our part of the world love fame more than money while pointing out that some people erroneously think social media success is equivalent to the practical world.
She bemoaned that one can’t even collaborate with celebs or influential people with few followers to do a product line because they think they are doing you a major favor. She then revealed how people translate their popularity online to the real world which doesn’t make sense.
