Controversial self-acclaimed queen of comedy and TV personality, Afia Schwarzenegger has launched an attack on the authorities in Ghana who banned celebrities from endorsing alcoholic beverages.
According to Afia Schwarzenegger in a post on her Instagram page, it’s only in Ghana where celebrities are allowed to endorse betting companies which promotes gambling especially amongst the youth while banning them from endorsing alcoholic beverages.
Few months ago, the food and drugs authority banned celebrities from endorsing alcoholic beverages on grounds that they were negatively impacting the youth to indulge in it.
However some celebrities are endorsing some betting companies which Afia Schwarzenegger thinks is hypocritical.
According to Afia Schwarzenegger, she is appalled at how nobody sees anything wrong with celebrities endorsing betting companies which promotes gambling but condemn endorsement of alcoholic beverages.
