Wendy Shay apologizes to up and coming artist who was disrespected on stage at her concert

Ghanaian Afro-pop artist and Rufftown Records signee, Wendy Shay has sent a word of apology to the underground artist who was disgraced on stage at her Shay concert held on 20th December 2019 at the West Hills Mall.

In a video that circulated on social media, the upcoming artist whose name is yet to be known was seen performing on stage, then all of a sudden, a guy from nowhere came to snatch the microphone from him and sent it backstage.

The video garnered a lot of reactions on social media which made Medikal came to his rescue in a post he made on his Instagram page.

Medikal posted the video of the guy been humiliated and captioned: “This video made me so sad, it reminds me of when I was coming up ! Somebody help me find this guy ! I will do one song with him and finance the music video as well !”

Well, after Medikal came to his rescue, Wendy Shay who saw the video a day later posted the same video on her Twitter page and sent a word of apology.

“My attention has been drawn to this video circulating on social media about this young Artist who came over to support my concert last Friday and was unfortunately stopped from exhibiting his art. Myself together with management wanna apologize for the incident that occurred,” she wrote.
