Dedrick Devonshay Williams, a tattoo artist from Pompano Beach, Florida, was born on March 23, 1996. He was detained and accused of killing rapper XXXTentacion in June 2018.

Dedrick Williams claimed to have inked Kodak Black and has been photographed alongside Koly P, a well-known Broward County, Florida-based rapper who has worked with Kodak Black and performed with XXXTentacion.
After his arrest, CBS Miami went to Dedrick Williams’ house to try to get in touch with him for a statement. They found his home was a rental bungalow in a modest neighborhood of Pompano Beach. Dedrick Williams also claimed to be a licensed tattoo artist.
