Tema-based rapper, Ponobiom has reacted to the indefinite ban Charterhouse yesterday imposed on Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy for their uncouth behaviour at the just-ended 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards
In a press conference earlier yesterday – Thursday, May 23, the board and leadership of Charterhouse decided to ban the two Dancehall greats and strip them off the awards they won at the just recently held ceremony.
According to the board, they are taking this decision because going forward, they want to elevate the scheme to become a symbol of unity and that every artist who is going to participate in it must buy into the values.
The “Obia Wone Master” hitmaker has sent some words of encouragement to Stonebwoy leaving out Shatta Wale of course, because they’re enemies.
The Ashaiman based rapper in his consolatory message told Stonebwoy that the current situation he is in will stop him but the picture of his greatness would still remain.
“WO TE ASE MPO NIE , NA WO AYIE ASE… #NOWEAKNESS … THE SITUATION WILL STOP BUT THE PICTURE WILL STILL BE THERE .. #cousin #upness gm.”, Yaa Pono wrote in an Instagram post.
